I was presented with a 36-year-old female who was looking to enhance her abdomen, hips, and breast. During the consultation, we discussed her goals, which included achieving a firmer stomach, contouring her hips, and lifting her breasts. After setting her expectations, we decided to perform an abdominoplasty or tummy tuck along with liposuction to address her hips. Then, to correct her sagging breasts, we performed a full mastopexy or breast lift along with an augmentation using 240cc saline implants.
As you can see, after only six weeks post op, the patient is looking fantastic, and I’m very pleased with her continued recovery.
A 39-year-old female who lost a massive amount of weight recently came to my to my Beverly Hills office. After losing over 110 pounds, she was looking to remove the loose skin and have a breast augmentation with a lift
After listening to her goals, we scheduled surgery where I performed an abdominal panniculectomy
(removal of dense layer of fatty tissue growth), liposuction of the hips, and submuscular formal lift of the breasts using 350 cc high-profile saline implants.
As a board-certified plastic surgeon, these procedures are very gratifying, and most patients can improve mobility as well as feel better about their appearance. To the left is the before and after photo at six weeks post op.
As a plastic surgeon, the months of June and July have historically always been a busy time of the year for me in my Beverly Hills practice regarding breast augmentation surgery. I believe this is due to patients being able to take advantage of summer vacations, school being out, as well as family members being available to help if needed. I also hear often that patients are planning for big upcoming events, such as weddings, vacations, reunions, and holidays.
I thought I would share a few before and after photos of patients that I have recently completed over the past six weeks.
The patient presents a left ruptured breast implant along with a double bubble deformity, which means the implant has risen and the skin now over-drapes the breast. To correct the left breast I down sized the implant using a 320cc high profile saline implant and used the circus-areola technique (also known as the benelli procedure) which utilizes and incision around the areola. The post op photo (after photo) to the left is five weeks out and shows nice breast volume and the areola has been lifted.

This morning I had someone point out to me this Breast Implants patient review from realself.com. My staff and I strive each and everyday in the hopes of giving each patient a great experience and result. I was very humbled to read this review and I truly appreciate her kind words.
“I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Linder 14 years ago when I was in my early 20′s. I am 5’7 120-125 lbs with a long thin waist and full hips. The breast augmentation really balanced my figure to give me an hourglass shape and I was very happy with the outcome. I started at a 32b and ended with a large 32d to dd. I was very happy with the shape, size and minimal scarring. Read More“
