Beverly Hills Breast Implants

Breast implants can be placed above or below the muscle. We prefer to go under the muscle whenever possible in order to allow for the best coverage, less visibility, rippling, less scar tissue and more natural soft results, as well as less problems with mammography. The surgery is usually performed in under an hour under general anesthesia at our Medicare State Licensed Surgery Center in the heart of Beverly Hills at 9675 Brighton Way, Suite 1, Beverly Hills, 90210.

Both silicone and saline breast implants are now available. We prefer high profile breast implants in either case in that they will allow for more fullness and more AP projection, but less diameter to the bag, allowing women to be thin, tapered and more naturally beautiful in appearance and less lateral diameter to the implant.
