The patient below was requesting a breast augmentation, also known as a augmentation mammoplasty. The patient was looking for a very natural look to enhance her shape. After she explained her expectation, we selected 280 cc saline high profile breast implants for the procedure.
The photo below shows her before and after result (after being 6 weeks post op) and the patient wearing one of my SexyShapeWear sports bras (I designed the SexyShapeWear to allow ultimate compression, comfort and perfect fit for all sporting needs and fitness training workouts).
Seroma is an accumulation of fluid in a tissue or organ that can occur after surgery, or sometimes after an injury such as blunt trauma. The fluid, called serum, leaks out of nearby damaged blood and lymphatic vessels. Cells are typically present in the fluid, which is normally clear.
This patient had significant swelling of the right breast and the video shows the evacuation of the fluid. This is an example of a Chronic seroma and surgical drain tubes will be required. Once the drainage becomes minimal, they will be removed.
Patients who develop seroma should immediately see a board certified plastic surgeon for treatment.
“Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is a premier medical center because of its utmost excellence in care,” says Dr. Stuart A. Linder, who is an Attending Surgeon in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has been associated with this prestigious medical center since 1997. “It is a privilege and honor to be a member of Cedars-Sinai.”
With board certification from The American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS) and an extensive background in the art of rejuvenation surgery, Dr. Linder selected Cedars-Sinai not only due to its solid reputation in patient care and safety. It is also due to the knowledge and skills of its medical experts, including those who specialize in internal medicine, infectious disease, cardiology, and pulmonology. In addition, Dr. Linder credits Cedars-Sinai as being “well-recognized as a forefront leader in advancement in surgical and medical procedures, including genetic research for the eradication of research worldwide.”
Although it is rare for post-operative risks and complications to develop when performed in the hands of a qualified physician, there is always a potential for problems to occur following plastic surgery. Therefore, should one of his patients experience an emergency situation, such as a severe case of bleeding and infection, Dr. Linder will treat that person at Cedars-Sinai as he has the utmost confidence that the end result will be a “great success for all.” Dr. Linder’s professional relationship with the hospital is a natural extension of his personal connection with Cedars-Sinai — his two children were delivered there. Dr. Linder maintains a unique trust in the LA-based medical establishment, as he would recommend a loved one there if needed. Dr. Linder and his wife, Crystal Linder, are committed to providing active support to Cedars-Sinai by being involved and attending annual events.

This patient presents with congenital asymmetry of the breast. Severe breast asymmetry such as the following is most easily correctable with high profile saline implants. The patient had sutures removed in 10 days and then continue with dry dressing changes twice a day for 10 days.
Severe congenital breast asymmetry comes in many forms. The before and after photo is an excellent example of this correction.
