Dr. Linder Receives the Customer Service Award

On June 13th, 2018, I was honored to receive the “Customer Service Award” by The TALK Awards. This is the ninth year in the category for health and medical, regarding excellence in customer satisfaction in the state of California.

I believe that this award is based on customer satisfaction ratings collected from consumer-review websites, blogs, surveys, social networks, business-rating services, and other awards to determine the top rated businesses and practices across the country. Only those with a 4- or 5-star rating are eligible to win the Talk of the Town News Customer Satisfaction Award.

This award is very special to me due to the highly competitive and subjective field of health and medicine.
