On February 27, 2015 Allergen, Inc. announced that the company had received approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market NATRELLE INSPIRA™ round gel-filled smooth breast implants. They are stating that this implant has a higher fill ration and additional breast shaping option for women undergoing reconstruction, augmentation or revision surgery.
