Breast Enhancement in Beverly Hills

Since early May, following safety guidelines, I have performed dozens of breast augmentations in Beverly Hills at our surgical center on Rodeo Drive. There are many reasons women seek breast augmentation, whether it be to restore a more youthful look, improve the balance and shape, or increase the fullness.
During the consultation, it is essential to listen to the patient to genuinely understand their aesthetic goals. Once those desires are explained, and after a physical exam, we can determine the approach, incision technique (inframammary or periareolar), breast implant type, and size to meet the expectations of the patient.

Below are two breast augmentation surgery case studies, each having different goals and different styles of breast implants to achieve their breast enhancement.

Breast Augmentation to Correct Asymmetry

This patient presents asymmetry with the left breast slightly smaller than the right. During the consultation, her goal was to have equal balance as well as fullness. She is an excellent candidate for an augmentation procedure to achieve her desired look.

We agreed to use Mentor® saline-filled implants, which will allow us to adjust the shape, volume, and projection to achieve symmetry.

During the breast augmentation surgery, I placed a smooth round moderate plus profile 275 cc breast implant in the left and a smooth round high profile170 cc implant in the right. As you can see, the post-op photo shows excellent symmetry and fullness.

Breast Augmentation Using Gummy Bear Style Implants

This female 23-years old from out of state scheduled an appointment in my Beverly Hills office looking to increase her fullness, shape, and size.

During the consultation, we agreed to use Mentor, Memory Gel XTRA style breast implants. These implants provide a soft, natural feel and increase in fullness. This type of implant also will benefit her with the slight sagging of the breast tissue.

During this breast enhancement surgery, I placed 450 cc implants into both breasts to create the desired projection. The patient before and after is showing her two months post-op, and she is thrilled with the outcome.
