Before and After Primary Breast Augmentation

During this time of the year as summer approaches, a big part of my practice is performing primary breast augmentation procedures.
 
The patients presented to the left were both wanting to have a natural-appearing breast augmentation. Each patient was similar in age and size, and I find that the saline moderate-plus implants are a perfect fit. The moderate-plus implant is a mid-range implant that has a moderate width and a moderate amount of anteroposterior projection (in other words, a slight upper pull fullness).
 
Above are the before and after photos for both patients showing four weeks post op. As you can see, they have a nice fullness and a quite natural look.
