breast augmentation before and after

I was presented with a female who requested to have a primary breast augmentation. During her examination, the patient expressed that she was not only hoping to increase her fullness but also to correct the slight asymmetry and droop. After listening to her desires and setting the expectations, we scheduled her for surgery.
During the surgery, I placed 330 cc moderate-plus saline breast implants (a mid-range implant that is excellent for a thin body shape). The right breast was overfilled to 390 cc and the left to 375 cc to correct the asymmetry. I then performed a periareolar lift, which is also ideal for women who have smaller breasts and a minimal degree of ptosis (sagging).
We also decided to include a breast lift (Benelli Lift technique) to create a more youthful look.
As you can see in the eight-week post-op photo, the patient has excellent volume, symmetry, and a natural, youthful appearance.
